along with the deposit check made payable to
Heritage Hill Farm
and send it to our farm at:

STEP 2
Upon receiving your deposit, we discuss with you the time frame for harvest. Upon the beef being harvested we will contact you with your final hanging weight and balance due. Your animal will then be transported to be processed. We can communicate with the butcher on your behalf, or you may do so independently.
STEP 3
We can communicate with the butcher on your behalf regarding your preference of cuts, or you may do so independently. Most commonly, your meat will be hung for 14 days to allow for dry aging. This will facilitate tenderizing, as well as enhance the flavor. Your meat will then be custom-cut and vacuum-packed. Your processing fees will be paid directly to the processor upon pick-up.
