Our cattle are raised in a stress-free environment, and are pasture-raised and grain finished on the highest quality feed. Heritage Hill beef is beef you can feel good about serving to your family.Committed to quality, all of Heritage Hill’s animals are born and raised on our farm, as we practice what is known as “closed herding.” This means no off-site animals are brought in to be raised. All of our animals are bred by our bull, to our cows or heifers, preserving the integrity of the herd. With calving dates carefully spaced at every three months, the farm’s walk-in freezer always offers freshly processed and frozen beef, in whole- or half-beef cuts.
