Beef is cut and packed at Peden's Processing in nearby Vernon, Ohio or Jones Processing in Hartford, Ohio. Customers can customize their beef cuts and weights by providing them a cutting instruction sheet at the time of processing (example below). If you choose to not use a cut of meat, it will be ground and mixed in with your ground meat. We always recommend that you get your meat double wrapped to ensure freshness. Also, we will not guarantee the freshness of the meat if it is not double wrapped.
